And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrew Bourne!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bourne misses with a few strikes there.

Martinez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bourne, pushing him back against the cage.
Bourne tries to break free but Martinez pushes him back against the cage.
Bourne is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bourne tries for a takedown but Martinez manages to get underhooks.

Martinez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bourne misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Martinez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Martinez tries to bum rush Bourne with a series of wild strikes but Bourne uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Martinez stuffs the takedown attempt from Bourne. Bourne gets slowly back to his feet.
Malcolm Martinez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrew Bourne.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Come on Martinez - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Bourne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bourne fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Bourne misses with a takedown
and Martinez counters with a series of strikes. Bourne will be more careful next time no doubt.
Martinez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Martinez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bourne circles away quickly and effectively.
Martinez dodges the punch combination from Bourne.
Martinez throws a nice looking combination but Bourne bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Bourne fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Martinez sprawls well initially but Bourne persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bourne thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Martinez's head.
Martinez is looking to improve his position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Martinez looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Martinez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Bourne seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Martinez wants to control but Bourne is keeping busy.

Bourne is trying for a kimura here. Martinez looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Bourne wins by kimura!
