Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lucius The Lion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexandre Moraes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moraes is trying hard to land a takedown here. The Lion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Moraes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Lion swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Moraes decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Moraes shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. The Lion manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Moraes seems to be looking for submissions.

The Lion kicks off Moraes and gets to his feet.

The Lion tries to score a power double leg takedown but Moraes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten The Lion somewhat.

Moraes is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - The Lion is in big trouble! Moraes is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking The Lion. Poor guy.
