The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bras looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Forbes!
Forbes tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Forbes can't do much from the bottom here.
Forbes tries to improve position but can't.
Bras misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Forbes defending against the ground and pound.
Forbes is trying to control Bras's posture but Bras avoids it.
Forbes manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Forbes is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Forbes wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bras fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Forbes sprawls well initially but Bras persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Bras trying to control the position from guard on top but Forbes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
JB Bras has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bras throws a big elbow that misses.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Bras lands with a kick to the temple. Forbes shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Forbes gets tackled into the cage by Bras. Bras maintains the clinch.
Forbes really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bras shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Forbes is trying to defend but Bras finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Forbes manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bras manages to get himself to full guard.

Bras has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Forbes regains guard immediately.

Forbes will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Forbes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bras's waist but Bras gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Forbes off to one side.

Bras controls Forbes momentarily but Forbes frees himself.

Forbes drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bras manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Forbes has Bras in his guard.

Forbes is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bras is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bras has escaped and now he's on top!

Bras rushes Forbes and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Bras gets control of Forbes's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bras will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Well Bras has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
