Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A cross from Pippen lands.
Pippen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pippen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Yanar throws a looping overhand right but Pippen ducks down to avoid it.
Pippen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Pippen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Yanar manages to avoid it.
Yanar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pippen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pippen is working to avoid the ground and pound but Yanar connects with a decent elbow.
Pippen is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Yanar asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Sloppy strikes there by Yanar.
Check out the look on Yanar's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pippen is working to avoid the ground and pound but Yanar connects with a decent elbow.
Yanar in side control, throwing shots but Pippen defends.

Pippen is trying to buck Yanar off.
Pippen takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Yanar works to advance to full mount. Pippen defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Yanar lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Yanar landing strikes from the mount and Pippen is in trouble!

Pippen is rocked!
Yanar lands a big shot to the head and Pippen winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Kendo Yanar!
A relieved looking Kendo Yanar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
