The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson lands a jab to Kruk's midsection.
Jackson dodges the punch combination from Kruk.
Kruk darts in trying to clinch
and Jackson counters with a right hand to the body.
Kruk throws a half hearted mid kick.
Kruk throws a head kick but Jackson moves out of range.

Jackson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kruk throws a right hand that Jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jackson also avoids with ease.
Sloppy strikes from Jackson. Those never looked like landing.
Kruk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively.

Jackson closes the distance and clinches.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jackson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
A body shot lands from Jackson.
Kruk looks winded!
Jackson lands with a light punch inside.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jackson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kruk is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Jackson moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Quinton Jackson!
A less than humble Quinton Jackson misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
