Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Damien Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Lundin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Damien Frost has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Damien Frost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mark Lundin!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lundin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Frost avoids it really well and circles away.
Lundin throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Frost just misses with a punch to the body.
Lundin keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
A countering left hand to the body from Lundin misses.
Frost shoots in but no luck this time.
Frost displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lundin.
Lundin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lundin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Frost.

Frost closes the distance and clinches.
Lundin lands a hook to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lundin tries a knee to the head but Frost blocks it.

Lundin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Lundin jumps guard and drags Frost to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Frost controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Lundin wants to stand up but Frost is controlling him.
Frost throws an elbow that misses. Lundin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Frost's guard. Nice move by Lundin!

Frost might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lundin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Frost pulls Lundin in to control the position.
Lundin is looking to work some ground and pound but Frost has wrist control.

Lundin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Lundin looking to sit in guard and control but Frost gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lundin is on top in guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Lundin won't allow Frost to get back to his feet.
Lundin with a flurry of punches that miss.
Lundin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Frost swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Frost keeping moving, preventing Lundin from controlling successfully.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Lundin slips a jab and a cross from Frost.
Lundin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lundin fails in his attempt to clinch.
Frost misses with a kick to the body.
Lundin throws a big counter head kick but Frost avoids it with no problem.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Lundin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frost paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lundin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Frost manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Frost tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Frost throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lundin throws a shot from downtown. Frost moves away and avoids it.
Lundin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lundin thuds a left hand into Frost's body.
Lundin throws the kick towards the body but Frost avoids it.
Lundin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Frost's waist but Frost gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lundin off to one side.
Frost misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lundin shoots in for a takedown but Frost shows good takedown defense.
Mark Lundin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lundin throws a head kick but Frost moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lundin swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Frost tries to bum rush Lundin with a series of wild strikes but Lundin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Lundin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Frost lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lundin circles away quickly and effectively.
Lundin lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Frost swings for the body but Lundin moves out of range.
And Lundin tries to counter it with a takedown but Frost pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Frost moves into range and clinches up with Lundin.

Lundin has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Frost clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Frost tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Frost suckers Lundin into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Frost is now in Lundin's guard!
Frost won't allow Lundin to sweep him here.

Lundin is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Frost has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frost not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Lundin tries to land a sweep but no joy.

A little jabbing left from Lundin on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Frost shoots in for a takedown but Lundin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Frost keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Frost swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lundin.
As Lundin looks to move away, Frost throws a big counter combo bu Lundin just gets out of the way.

Lundin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Frost sprawls well. Frost wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lundin gets slowly back to his feet.

Frost cracks Lundin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Mark Lundin is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lundin has managed to clinch.

Damien Frost showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Lundin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
