Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Tow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Tow shoots in and gets a takedown into Johnson's guard.
Johnson controlling Tow's posture.
Tow missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tow can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Tow stands up over Johnson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Johnson is pulling down on Tow's head to control his posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson wants to stand but Tow is controlling the position.
Tow trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Johnson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tow defends well.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tow lands a nice short elbow.
Tow slows the pace down in half guard.
Tow wants to take a breather but Johnson is having none of it.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tow connects with a nice short shot to Johnson's temple.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tow scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Tow not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Tow tries to pass to full mount but Johnson defends it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Johnson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Tow lands strikes from half guard.
Tow is nestled in close to Johnson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tow wants to pass to mount but Johnson is defending the position.
Johnson is not content to let Tow control the position.

Tow drops an elbow to the side of Johnson's head.

Tow winds up and cracks Johnson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Tow seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Tow passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Johnson!
Tow lands with some strikes.

Tow swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
