The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zoidberg leaves Jatlier with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Zoidberg drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Jatlier defends it well.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Zoidberg has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Indica Jatlier will probably get the nod.

Jatlier lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jatlier lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Zoidberg has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Zoidberg and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
