And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ank closes this distance looking for a takedown but Smo circles away.
Ank looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Smo scores with a sloppy right hand. Ank should have avoided that one.

It looks like Kenneth Ank has been cut.
Ank takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ank looks winded!
Smo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Smo fails to land with a series of punches.
Smo thuds a left hand into Ank's body.
A head kick misses from Smo.
Kenneth Ank seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from Smo misses.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Smo.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Smo drops Ank with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ank looks back up at him and smiles so Smo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Smo feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Ank crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jo Smo!
Jo Smo decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
