The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Jamerson does no damage.
Long really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Long throws a nice head kick!
Jamerson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Long.
Long shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jamerson but Jamerson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jamerson is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Long with a body shot.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Long enables Jamerson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Long manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Long wants to sweep here but Jamerson controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

and Long connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Long tries to roll over but Jamerson keeps him under control.

Long manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jamerson manages to get himself to full guard.

Long is sitting in close to Jamerson's body. Jamerson has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Long is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Long is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Jamerson.
