Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mad Raefon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Katasonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raefon comes into the arena with Riot - Three Days Grace blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Katasonov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Raefon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Raefon looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Katasonov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Raefon not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Raefon winds up and cracks Katasonov with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Raefon scores with a big shot! Katasonov's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Katasonov! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mad Raefon!
During a confident post fight interview, Mad Raefon thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
The defeated Sergey Katasonov had this to say: 'I'll train even harder and come back to win!'.
