Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Bartlett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dainius Bucinskas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bucinskas changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bartlett looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bucinskas wants to stand but Bartlett is controlling his arm.
Bartlett gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Bucinskas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bartlett does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bucinskas fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bartlett sprawls well initially but Bucinskas persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Bucinskas drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bucinskas jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
