Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacks Sole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Ciprianni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jacks Sole!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Danny Ciprianni!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sole looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jacks Sole seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sole's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ciprianni connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sole scrambles back to his feet.
Ciprianni takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Some bone on bone action there as Sole checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

We've been informed that Ciprianni has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Sole chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ciprianni can pounce on him.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ciprianni crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sole - the referee stops the clock and Ciprianni gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sole. Ciprianni manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well Ciprianni has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
