Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mizo Samxona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Belt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belt comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dance of the Knights kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Belt.
Samxona throws a left and a right that both miss
and Belt counters with a nice kick to the body.
Belt shoots for a double leg takedown but Samxona sprawls well. He's pushed Belt's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Belt throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Samxona tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Belt is in Samxona's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Samxona is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at House of 1000 Corpses that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Belt is looking to work some ground and pound but Samxona has wrist control.
Samxona is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Belt will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Samxona is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Samxona moves into range and clinches up with Belt.

Samxona is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Belt pushes a forearm under Samxona's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Samxona is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
