Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brutaali Pekka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kay Ector (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ector has chosen Monster! as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brutaali Pekka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kay Ector!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ector jabs at Pekka's body.
Ector chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ector lands with a straight right. Pekka didn't see that one coming.
Pekka throws a series of punches but Ector moves out of range.
Pekka thows a left - swing and a miss!
A combination from Ector does no damage.

Ector closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Pekka escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Ector has cracked Pekka with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Ector lands another huge swinging hook and Pekka tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Pekka, before Ector can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kay Ector!
