Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Whip Whop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rigan Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Whip Whop!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rigan Machado!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whop dives in and scores a takedown into Machado's guard.
Machado wants to get back to his feet but Whop passes into half guard.
Whop trying to control from Machado's half guard. Machado has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Machado uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Whop shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Machado napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Machado explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Machado shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Whop's guard.
Whop is trying to hold Machado in close to prevent damage but Machado has managed to pass into half guard.
Machado seems to be working for a kimura but Whop defends the submission attempt.
Machado is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Machado is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Whop has managed to free his arm - good work.
Machado wants to free his trapped foot but Whop is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Machado trying to control the action but Whop is working from the bottom.
Whop tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Machado manages to move to mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Whop has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Machado's lack of action.
Machado is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Whop!
Whop is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Machado seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Whop is holding on tight.
Machado jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Whop manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Machado trying to control the action but Whop is working from the bottom.
Whop wants to control but Machado postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Machado has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Whop is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Machado yanks on the arm and Whop is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Machado.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rigan Machado!
Rigan Machado tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
