The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speed lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fischioni circles away quickly and effectively.
Speed will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fischioni closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Fischioni controlling the action here.
Speed is in trouble now - Fischioni has advanced to mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Speed is looking to improve his position but Fischioni isn't that keen on the idea.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fischioni working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Speed slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Fischioni connects with a nice short shot to Speed's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fischioni is trying for a kimura here. Speed looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Fischioni wins by kimura!
