Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Temoodschin Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Temoodschin Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Paul Walker!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and David Hoff.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan tries to clinch there but Walker circles away.
Walker fails to land the takedown.
Walker on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Khan lands a nice leg kick that just misses Walker's sensitive parts.
Walker looks for a takedown but Khan sprawls well.

Khan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Walker, pushing him back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walker stalling in the clinch but Khan improves position.
Walker keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Khan's efforts to push away.
Khan wants to get back to striking at distance but Walker won't allow it.

Temoodschin Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Walker.

Walker gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Khan regains guard.
Khan is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Khan trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Khan has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Walker is working for a submission of some sort.
Walker prevents Khan from standing back up.
Walker is looking to advance position but Khan won't allow it.
Khan is trying to stand up here but Walker is controlling him well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Khan pushes Walker off looking to stand but Walker dives back in and keeps control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Khan tries to kick Walker off but Walker keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Khan clinches up with Walker and pushes him back against the cage.

Khan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Walker jumps guard but Khan stands there with Walker around his waist. Walker gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Khan tries to score a body lock takedown but Walker shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Walker gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Khan.
Walker fails to pull guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Walker jumps guard but Khan turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Paul Walker dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Walker is looking to break free of the clinch but Khan has double underhooks.
Walker tries to stall but Khan uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Khan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Walker just stands there and leans against the cage.
Walker is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Temoodschin Khan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Khan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Walker shoots in looking for a takedown. Khan tries to sprawl out of it but Walker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Khan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Khan connects with a leg kick. Walker looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Walker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Khan is fending him off so far but Walker persists. Nope, Khan circles away and we're back to standing.

Khan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Walker gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Walker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Walker moves out of range as Khan throws a body kick.
Walker feints the counter takedown.
Khan fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Walker.
Khan tries to clinch there but Walker circles away.
Walker circles away from the clinch attempt.
A nice leg kick lands there from Khan.
Khan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Walker looking to score a takedown here. Khan is defending well but Walker drives through and ends up in Khan's guard.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Walker is looking to work some ground and pound but Khan has wrist control.

Walker drops back looking for a leg! Khan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Khan manages to kick Walker off! Walker jumps back into Khan's guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Walker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Khan is trying to stand.
Walker seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Khan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Khan pushes Walker off looking to stand but Walker dives back in and keeps control.

Walker is looking for a kimura but Khan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Walker to get the leverage.
Walker is breathing heavily.
Khan wants to get back to his feet.
Walker wants to take a breather but Khan is having none of it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Khan scores with a nice body kick.

The fight stays on the outside here - Khan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Walker tries to pull guard but Khan holds him up against the cage and eventually Walker drops back down to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Temoodschin Khan will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Walker shoots in looking for a takedown but Khan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Walker's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Walker is trying hard to land a takedown here. Khan sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Khan moves into range and clinches up with Walker.
Khan crunches a lovely knee into Walker's ribcage.
Khan is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Khan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Walker just stands there and leans against the cage.

Khan wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Walker blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Khan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Walker gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Khan jumps guard but Walker turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Khan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Khan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Walker uses from the top position.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Khan has managed to clinch.
Walker has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

And that's the end of the fight!
Temoodschin Khan showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Khan has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
