Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Azinho Solomon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Maul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul Maul has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Azinho Solomon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Paul Maul!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maul scores with a body shot.
Maul looks to land a left hand but Solomon moved out of range nicely.

Maul shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Solomon eats them both and turns towards Maul to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.


It looks like Azinho Solomon has been cut.
Solomon takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Maul misses with a series of wild punches.

Maul stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Azinho Solomon will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Azinho Solomon.
