The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
And Puncher tries to clinch there but Killcowski circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - And Puncher looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
And Puncher sets himself, and Killcowski steps forward looking for the clinch! And Puncher avoids it this time.
Killcowski keeps the fight on the outside.
Nice takedown defense from And Puncher. No joy for Killcowski on that attempt.
As Killcowski looks to move away, And Puncher throws a big counter combo bu Killcowski just gets out of the way.
Killcowski shoots in but no luck this time.

Killcowski gets caught napping as And Puncher dives in and scores a takedown. Killcowski manages to retain guard.

Killcowski has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but And Puncher can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Killcowski uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Killcowski tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but And Puncher swivels and escapes.
The Boxer And Puncher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Killcowski.

Killcowski felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Killcowski can't do much from the bottom here.
And Puncher wants to lay and pray for a moment but Killcowski keeps working.

And Puncher is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Killcowski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
And Puncher cracks Killcowski with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Killcowski isn't going anywhere.
Killcowski is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but And Puncher has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Killcowski manages to get back to half guard.
And Puncher wants to free his trapped foot but Killcowski is holding on for dear life with his legs.
And Puncher moves nicely into side control.
And Puncher is breathing heavily.
Killcowski wants to control but And Puncher postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
And Puncher trying to control the action but Killcowski is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Killcowski regains half guard.
Killcowski gets full guard.
Killcowski wants to sweep but no luck.
And Puncher pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Killcowski is keeping the position for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Killcowski moves into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The Boxer And Puncher dominated that round.

It looks like The Boxer And Puncher has been cut.

Killcowski clinches.
Killcowski is looking to take this one to the mat.

Killcowski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Killcowski avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
And Puncher throws a head kick but Killcowski moves out of range.
And Puncher tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Killcowski defends well and And Puncher ends up having to push Killcowski into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
No joy there for And Puncher, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
And Puncher fails in his attempt to clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Killcowski scores with a takedown into And Puncher's guard.
And Puncher will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Killcowski gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

And Puncher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Killcowski.

Killcowski pushes And Puncher up against the cage in a clinch.

Killcowski manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
And Puncher is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Killcowski kicks And Puncher off and gets to his feet.

Killcowski closes the distance and pushes And Puncher back into the cage.
And Puncher jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Killcowski walks away with a smile on his face. And Puncher gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Killcowski scores with a sloppy right hand. And Puncher should have avoided that one.
Killcowski will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The Boxer And Puncher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan Killcowski.

Killcowski perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Killcowski works his way into full mount!
The referee warns And Puncher that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

And Puncher is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Killcowski locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! And Puncher is forced to tap!
