Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Asmar Dagher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vesa Asikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dagher circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dagher finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Dagher tries a head kick but it misses.
Asikainen throws a body kick that misses.
Asikainen lands with a thumping leg kick.
Asikainen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dagher lands a head kick. Asikainen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Vesa Asikainen has been cut.
Asikainen tries to clinch but Dagher moves out of range.
Asikainen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Asikainen drops his hands momentarily and Dagher takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A combination from Asikainen does no damage.
Dagher thinks about countering with a body kick.
Asikainen fails with an attempt to clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dagher ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dagher moves out of range of the body kick from Asikainen.
Asikainen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

A good leg kick by Dagher.
Asikainen throws a sloppy head kick and Dagher moves out of range easily.
Dagher jabs Asikainen to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Asikainen looks winded!
Dagher stuns Asikainen with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Dagher throws a front kick that sends Asikainen stumbling back into the cage.
Dagher closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Asikainen out cold! Asikainen corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
