Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blind Shaman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaman comes into the arena with Shaman's Dream blaring out of the sound system. Datsik has chosen Classic as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Blind Shaman!

With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, David Datsik!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Datsik throws the kick towards the body but Shaman avoids it.
Nice cross by Shaman.
Shaman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Datsik looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

It looked like Shaman was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Shaman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Datsik was covering up waiting for the punch and Shaman finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Datsik has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shaman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Blind Shaman will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

I would just about give that final round to David Datsik.
