Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Walter Frost!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James lands a head kick. Frost smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Frost lands the left hand.
James keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Frost misses with a hook. James ducked under it nicely.
Frost avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
James throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Frost scores with a nice right hand.
Frost is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

James looks to land a left hand but Frost moved out of range nicely.
James throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Frost! But no joy.
James pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Frost missing with a left hand there. James was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Frost gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

James's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Frost connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! James scrambles back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

James displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Frost throws out the jab.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Frost, as that shot connected.

Frost clobbers James with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
James uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Frost.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Frost will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Walter Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looked like James was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Frost.
Peter James is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

James connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Frost to the floor! James dives in looking for the finish!
James is looking to take a break and control but Frost is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Frost takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Frost throws a lazy right hand but James sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
James throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Frost connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between James's hands.

Frost fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. James looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
