The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strickland ducks under a wild hook from Presley.
Strickland uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Presley.
Strickland could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Strickland swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Presley misses with an uppercut.
As Presley looks to move away, Strickland throws a big counter combo bu Presley just gets out of the way.
A looping hook to the body misses from Presley. Strickland does a little dance to reset his feet.
Strickland is looking to clinch but Presley is avoiding it.

Presley dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Presley lands a slapping body shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Strickland closes the distance looking to clinch
and Presley counters with a straight right hand.
Presley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Strickland was well out of range. Poor timing from Presley.
Presley throws a looping overhand right but Strickland ducks down to avoid it.

Strickland takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Presley cracks Strickland with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Strickland looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Presley finish him?

It looks like Pierre Strickland has been cut.
Strickland is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Presley doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Strickland crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Strickland's bad books for that mishap!
