Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juan Cabrillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Slader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slader has chosen Pantera - Walk as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juan Cabrillo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Randy Slader!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Slader.
Cabrillo slips under a jab from Slader.
Slader throws a leg kick that is checked

and Cabrillo counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Slader looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cabrillo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Cabrillo wants to control from the top but Slader keeps moving.

Cabrillo tries to kick Slader off but Slader keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Slader.

Slader dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cabrillo. That did some damage!

Cabrillo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Slader thows a body kick. Cabrillo tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Slader has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Cabrillo is looking to clinch but Slader is avoiding it.

Slader was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Cabrillo shoots in for a takedown but Slader shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Slader will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Slader fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Slader takes one on the button.
Slader stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Slader throws a front kick aimed at Cabrillo's knee but Cabrillo avoids it well.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Slader lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Cabrillo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Cabrillo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Randy Slader seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Cabrillo looks to land a left hand but Slader moved out of range nicely.

Randy Slader comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Slader winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Randy Slader was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
