The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bell slips under a jab.
Karlsson misses with a hook.
Bell throws out a loose jab but Karlsson uses good head movement to avoid it.
A nice side step and Karlsson releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Bell throws a hook but Karlsson blocks it.
Karlsson throws a counter combo.
Karlsson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bell's hands.
Bell misses with a straight right.
Karlsson connects with a nice looking jab.
Bell connects with a right hand. Karlsson shakes it off.
Bell throws a leg kick but Karlsson sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Karlsson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bell tries to land a front kick but Karlsson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Karlsson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bell.

Karlsson throws out a counter right but Bell avoids it with no problem.

enabling Bell to counter with a crisp jab.
Bell lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Karlsson works the jab nicely.
Bell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bell uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Karlsson.
Bell missing with a left hand there. Karlsson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Karlsson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Karlsson throws a body punch but Bell moves out of range.
It appears Bell was looking to counter with a kick there.
A telegraphed right hand from Bell misses the target.
Karlsson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bell moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Bell connects with a nice looking jab.

Karlsson scores with the left hand. Bell knows he should have avoided that one.
Bell with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Karlsson to score with a decent uppercut.

Bell throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Karlsson's head.

Bell darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Karlsson's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Bell before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
