Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jan Olov Hermansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Canadian Hero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hermansson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rammstein - Ich Will!. Canadian Hero told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

We've been hearing good reports from Hermansson's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
