The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Garcia. Those never looked like landing.
Garcia stuffs the takedown attempt from Holmes. Holmes gets slowly back to his feet.
Garcia fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Garcia works Holmes's body with a nice hook.
Holmes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Bryan Holmes has been cut.
Holmes really is a fat lump.
Garcia throws a big shot that misses.
It appears Holmes was looking to counter with a kick there.
Garcia connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Holmes's hands.
A swing and a miss from Garcia.
Holmes is looking for a counter combo.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garcia lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Garcia drops Holmes with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Holmes looks back up at him and smiles so Garcia waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Garcia ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Holmes out cold! The fight is over!
