Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leandro Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Halen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a good cross that connects.

Halen throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Silva tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Halen is in Silva's guard.
Halen controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
It looks like Halen might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Silva wants to stand but Halen is controlling the position.
Halen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Halen's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Terry Halen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Horrible takedown attempt by Halen or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva, which made it look bad.
Halen seems to have recovered his senses.

Halen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva is pawing at Halen, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Halen's nose. Halen is badly hurt! Silva pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Halen tries desperately to hold on but Silva is relentless in his assault! As Halen receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Silva away and this one is in the books!
