Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Azadshatru Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Singh might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 2 Of The Best Ft R D - Bohemia. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Singh lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Singh shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Singh showed some decent athleticism there.
Hoffman is trying to stand.
Singh is looking to take a break and control but Hoffman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hoffman is looking to escape.
Singh slips a nice elbow through Hoffman's hands, connecting with Hoffman's forehead.
Singh has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hoffman manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Singh keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Hoffman misses with a looping left.
Singh throws a looping overhand right but Hoffman ducks down to avoid it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Singh tries a low kick but Hoffman avoids it.
Hoffman takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Singh throws a hook to the side of Hoffman's head but Hoffman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Singh swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hoffman.
Singh ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hoffman moves away.
Singh misses with a jab to the body
and Hoffman counters with a two punch combo.
Singh misses with a kick to the body.
Hoffman slaps away a takedown attempt from Singh, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Azadshatru Singh. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hoffman needs to keep his hands up - Singh had a free shot at his head there.

and Singh makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Azadshatru Singh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hoffman feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Singh sprawling to the canvas! Singh rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hoffman finish him?!

Singh is rocked!

It looks like Azadshatru Singh has been cut.
Singh uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hoffman.

Singh takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Singh moves out of range as Hoffman strikes.
And Singh counters with a quick kick to the body but Hoffman blocks it.
Singh seems to have got his legs back now.
Singh connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hoffman takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Singh shoots in for a takedown but Hoffman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Singh is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Hoffman cracks Singh with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Singh tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Hoffman pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Singh is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Hoffman!
Jack Hoffman decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Azadshatru Singh spoke after the fight, saying 'Revenge is like the sweetest joy next to getting pussy so mothafucka!! i fucking demand a rematch or else get me some pussy to fuck hard.'.
