Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Koios Dionysos Molovgomedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaw has chosen Fall Out Boy - Irresistible as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Shaw.
Molovgomedov loads up on a big right hand but Shaw slips the punch.
Shaw fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Molovgomedov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Shaw darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Molovgomedov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Shaw.
It looked like Molovgomedov wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Molovgomedov.
Molovgomedov throws the kick towards the body but Shaw avoids it.
Shaw misses with a two punch combination.
Shaw swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Molovgomedov throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A nice inside leg kick there by Molovgomedov. That's going to slow Shaw down.

Shaw feints a jab promting Molovgomedov to slip. Shaw then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Molovgomedov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Koios Dionysos Molovgomedov has been cut.

Shaw misses with a head kick.
Shaw throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Molovgomedov's head.

and Molovgomedov counters with a good low kick that Shaw was not able to check.

Shaw has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Molovgomedov throws a low kick but it's checked well by Shaw.
Shaw does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Molovgomedov.
Shaw avoids a kick to the body.
Molovgomedov goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Molovgomedov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shaw.

A little jabbing left from Shaw on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Shaw checks a leg kick.
Shaw stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Molovgomedov.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Shaw lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Molovgomedov has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Molovgomedov and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A right-left combo lands from Shaw.
Molovgomedov fails with an attempt to clinch.
Molovgomedov throws a low kick but Shaw moves out of range easily.
Shaw connects with a solid leg kick.
Shaw ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Molovgomedov misses with a double jab
and Shaw counters with a series of strikes. Molovgomedov will be more careful next time no doubt.

Molovgomedov appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Shaw moves out of range of the body kick.

Molovgomedov rushes Shaw with punches - Shaw moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Shaw goes down! Molovgomedov follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
