Hess throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Blaylock tries to move into range but Hess moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hess. Blaylock does a little dance to reset his feet.

We've been informed that Blaylock has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Hess throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Blaylock stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Hess lands a big right hand that sends Blaylock crashing to the mat! Hess stays standing though and waves Blaylock back to his feet!

Hess drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Blaylock's head, knocking him out cold! Hess is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
