Volkov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Volkov here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Volkov goes for a double leg but Wein avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wein continues to drive forward.

Oooooh!!! Wein has knocked Volkov down with a huge combo! Wein steps away and waves a wobbly Volkov back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Wein's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Wein cracks Volkov with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Volkov falls to his knees and Wein doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Wilder Wein thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
