Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lance Templeton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Radic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Templeton's entrance music is Trap Ball. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Mirko Radic!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Templeton stuffs the takedown attempt from Radic. Radic gets slowly back to his feet.

Radic drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Templeton is looking for a sweep.
Templeton wants to control but Radic postures up.
Templeton regains half guard, as Radic was trying to land strikes.
Ground and pound from Radic.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Radic looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Radic seems to be looking for submissions.
Radic takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Templeton has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Radic is working away from the top position though.
Templeton is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
My spies in The Million Dollar Performance Center inform me that Radic has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Radic wants to take a breather but Templeton is having none of it.
Radic thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Templeton tries to roll over but Radic keeps him under control.
Templeton is working hard here to advance position.
Templeton is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Radic missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Radic wants to control but Templeton is keeping him busy.

Radic is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Templeton defends it well.
Templeton is looking to improve his position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Templeton lands with a thumping leg kick.
Templeton stuffs the takedown.
Templeton throws out a leg kick but Radic moves out of range and Templeton only half commits.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Radic.
Lance Templeton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mirko Radic.
Radic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Templeton tries to avoid it but Radic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Templeton to the ground. Templeton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Radic throws a sloppy head kick and Templeton moves out of range easily.
Radic misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Templeton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Radic fails to land the takedown.
Radic looks winded!
Templeton is looking to land body kicks.
A nice side step and Radic releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Lance Templeton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Templeton stalks Radic and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Radic's face. Radic staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Mirko Radic has been cut.
Templeton scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Templeton fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Radic goes for a double leg but Templeton avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Templeton continues to drive forward.
Radic has his takedown stuffed
and Templeton counters with a nice low kick that buckles Radic's knee momentarily.
A left lands for Templeton.
Radic looks for a takedown but Templeton sprawls well.
Templeton pushes Radic away with a front kick.
Templeton with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Radic takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Radic is rocked!
Templeton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Radic manages to avoid it.
Templeton moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Templeton.
Radic walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Radic is still on wobbly legs! Can Templeton finish him?
Radic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Templeton but Templeton pushes him off and we're back to square one.
