Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cordell Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hyryx Dall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Lou da Vinci and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dall misses with a body punch
and Walker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Walker tries to land a front kick but Dall steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Walker shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Dall looking for submissions off his back.
Dall really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Walker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Walker wants to control but Dall is keeping him busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are battling for position here. Dall manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Dall is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Walker defends well.

Dall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Walker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Walker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Walker drops back looking for a leg! Dall is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dall manages to kick Walker off! Walker jumps back into Dall's guard.
Dall lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Walker escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dall gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dall tries to free his leg and advance position but Walker is retaining full guard.
Dall is still trying to improve position.
Dall slips nicely into half guard.
Walker won't allow Dall to pass to mount.

Dall is trying to work for a kimura but Walker is defending well.

Dall is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Walker is just riding it out for now. Dall eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Walker is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Dall frees his head nicely. Oh but Walker has switched to an armbar! Dall is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
