Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Paul Leblanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Silva might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dmx No Sunshine . The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leblanc has his takedown stuffed
and Silva counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Silva looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Leblanc shoots in but Silva avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Leblanc tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silva was well out of range. Poor timing from Leblanc.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Leblanc.
Anderson Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jean Paul Leblanc.
A jab from Silva finds it's way through Leblanc's defenses.

It looks like Jean Paul Leblanc has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Leblanc darts in looking for a takedown but Silva gets double underhooks and turns Leblanc into the cage.

Silva instigates a clinch.

Leblanc fails with a takedown attempt.

and Silva counters with a left to the body.
Silva moves into range and connects with a jab.
Silva lands with a straight right. Leblanc didn't see that one coming.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Silva.

Silva manages to break the clinch.
Leblanc shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Silva misses the target.

and Leblanc takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Anderson Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Silva lands a big uppercut and Leblanc crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Leblanc looks OK. Silva waves Leblanc back to his feet!

Leblanc is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nice sprawl there from Silva as Leblanc shoots in.
Leblanc is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
No luck for Leblanc with that takedown attempt.
Leblanc seems to have recovered his senses.

Leblanc circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Silva. Leblanc falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Silva!

A relieved looking Anderson Silva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
