Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David C. Marvin and Owen Thomas. Marvin comes to the cage accompanied by Superman Theme. Owen Thomas will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas closes the distance but Marvin moves to the side

and Marvin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Marvin.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Thomas enables Marvin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Thomas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
