Cardinal Sanctus is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ghost B.C. - Secular Haze. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cardinal Sanctus takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
BK tries a low kick but Cardinal Sanctus avoids it.
Cardinal Sanctus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cardinal Sanctus has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
BK fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Cardinal Sanctus tries to work over BK's front leg with a kick but BK checks it.
We've been told by BK's head coaches at Spetznaz Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A head kick from Cardinal Sanctus lands but BK takes it in his stride.
Cardinal Sanctus takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Cardinal Sanctus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as BK throws out the jab.
BK scores with a body shot.
BK throws the left hand but Cardinal Sanctus avoids the punch easily.
Cardinal Sanctus throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Cardinal Sanctus takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
BK lands a left and a right that sends Cardinal Sanctus crashing to the canvas! BK dives into mount looking to finish!
Cardinal Sanctus is rocked!
Cardinal Sanctus can't escape the position.
BK cracks Cardinal Sanctus with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Cardinal Sanctus is still in real trouble! Can BK finish him?
BK is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Cardinal Sanctus goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for BK!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Benjamin BK!
