The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibiatti lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Gibiatti throws a leg kick but Su han sees it coming and checks it nicely.
As Gibiatti backs off Su han throws a huge counter combo but Gibiatti manages to avoid it all.
A big right from Gibiatti misses.
Gibiatti misses with a double jab
letting Su han counter with a right hand.
Gibiatti dips to his left and cracks Su han with an uppercut!
Su han displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gibiatti throws out the jab.

Gibiatti looks for the body kick but Su han saw that one coming.
Gibiatti takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Su han throws out a loose jab but Gibiatti uses good head movement to avoid it.
Gibiatti paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Gibiatti throws a jab but it's blocked by Su han.
Gibiatti throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gibiatti throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Su han throws a wild body kick that Gibiatti sees coming a mile off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Su han moves away from the strike by Gibiatti.

Su han clinches with his opponent.

Gibiatti escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A swing and a miss from Su han.

Gibiatti connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Su han throws a front kick that sends Gibiatti stumbling back into the cage.
Gibiatti misses with a hook
and Su han counters with a one-two to the body.
Su han slips a jab from Gibiatti.
We've been informed that Su han has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Gibiatti missing with a left hand there. Su han was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gibiatti scores with the left hand. Su han knows he should have avoided that one.
That kick from Su han tenderised Gibiatti's leg. Gibiatti is trying to keep his angry face on.

Gibiatti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Su han manages to avoid it.
Su han unleashes a big counter combination but Gibiatti bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gibiatti changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Su han fights it off and pushes away nicely.

A nice side step and Su han releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Su han feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gibiatti sprawling to the canvas! Gibiatti rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Su han finish him?!

Gibiatti is rocked!

Oh Gibiatti is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gibiatti wants to stay close but Su han steps back to make room for something. Gibiatti seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Su han and Gibiatti drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
