Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barrett Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Travis Lucas was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lucas scores with a head kick. Johnson tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Barrett Johnson has been cut.

Lucas cracks Johnson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lucas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnson to stand back up!

Lucas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Johnson on the side of the head.

Jeez, Barrett Johnson's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
That kick from Lucas tenderised Johnson's leg. Johnson is trying to keep his angry face on.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lucas circles away quickly and effectively.
Lucas goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

and Lucas counters with a good low kick that Johnson was not able to check.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Barrett Johnson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Travis Lucas spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
