Smudge comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ballad of The Big Boy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bill misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bill moves out of range of the strikes.
Smudge throws a body shot but no joy.
It looked like Bill was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Smudge misses with a looping left.
A head kick misses from Bill.
Smudge lands with a shot to the body.
Smudge rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bill moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bill keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Smudge.
Bill looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bill fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Smudge manages to avoid it.
Smudge with the counter takedown but Bill avoids it easily.
Bill dances in with a quick combination. Smudge is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Bill snaps Smudge's head back. Smudge stumbles backwards against the cage. Bill steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Smudge's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Smudge just didn't come prepared.
