The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bateman misses with an attempted mid kick.

Colossus looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Colossus moves into range and clinches up with Bateman.

Colossus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bateman. Colossus does a little dance to reset his feet.
Colossus throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bateman throws a low kick but Colossus avoids it.
Colossus tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bateman swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bateman looking to land some kicks to the body here.

and Colossus counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Bateman throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Colossus sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Bateman counters with a crisp right hand that drops Colossus! Bateman lets Colossus back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Colossus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bateman manages to avoid it.
