The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moraes closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Moraes lands in his opponent's guard.
Moraes wants to control from the top but Melendez keeps moving.

Melendez is working an open guard so Moraes takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Melendez closes the distance and clinches up with Moraes, looking for a takedown. Melendez pushes Moraes against the cage but Moraes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Moraes has his feet on Melendez's thighs here. He's pushed Melendez off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Melendez screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
