Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Musta Laine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Lockheart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laine comes to the cage accompanied by Somnium - After All. Musta Laine has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Musta Laine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurt Lockheart!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lockheart misses with a takedown attempt - Laine sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Laine scores with a punch to the head.
Lockheart dives in and scores a takedown into Laine's guard.
Lockheart tries to free his leg and advance position but Laine is retaining full guard.
Lockheart avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Laine is looking for a triangle but Lockheart pushes his legs off easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Laine is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Lockheart has control of Laine's left arm, preventing Laine from doing any damage.
Laine definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Laine has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Laine throws a leg kick but Lockheart sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Musta Laine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurt Lockheart.

Lockheart is working for takedown but Laine is calmly controlling the position for now.
Lockheart is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Laine is keeping busy.
Lockheart is trying to pull guard but Laine turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Laine lands with a light punch inside.
Lockheart is trying to force a seperation but Laine has the dominant position.
Lockheart escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Laine doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Lockheart's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Laine blocks an elbow strike from Lockheart.
Lockheart's coach down at Morbid Conditioning, Trans, Esc School $1000 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lockheart's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Lockheart jumps guard but Laine turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Lockheart tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Laine just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Laine doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Laine lands a hook that snaps the head of Lockheart backwards.

Lockheart drops down looking for an ankle pick but Laine pulls his leg out and moves away.
Laine works the jab nicely.
Laine throws a jab but it's blocked by Lockheart.
Laine displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lockheart.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lockheart takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Laine throws a lazy right hand but Lockheart sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lockheart fails to land the takedown.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Musta Laine dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Laine attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

and Laine counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Lockheart! He's just covering up as Laine starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Musta Laine!
