Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Denz Curry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Curry comes to the cage accompanied by WIld Thing. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Denz Curry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gabriel Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curry ducks right into an uppercut from Garcia.
Curry lands with a straight right. Garcia didn't see that one coming.

It looks like Gabriel Garcia has been cut.

Garcia shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Curry is trying to defend but Garcia finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Curry wants to get back to his feet.

Garcia is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Curry defends it well.

Garcia is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Curry has managed to free his arm - good work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garcia working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Curry's thigh. Curry counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Garcia trying to control but Curry is working from the bottom.
Garcia trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Curry is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Ultimate MMA Training Center that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Curry is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Garcia wants to control from the top but Curry keeps moving.
Garcia stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Curry swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Curry manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Curry throws a sloppy head kick
and Garcia counters with an inside leg kick.
Garcia missing with a left hand there. Curry was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Garcia connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Curry's hands.
Garcia has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Curry finds it's way round the side to connect with Garcia's head.
Curry throws a sloppy head kick and Garcia moves out of range easily.
Curry throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Curry takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A head kick misses from Curry.
Garcia blocks a head kick by Curry.
Curry pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Garcia connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Curry misses with a hook to the body
and Garcia counters with a stiff right hand.

Curry is rocked!
Curry gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Garcia points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Curry wakes up just in time to hear Garcia thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gabriel Garcia!
Gabriel Garcia seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Denz Curry was interviewed post fight and said 'He's a good fighter, I need to go back to the gym and work on some things. My fans can expect a win next time!'.
