Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobis checks a low kick from Van Kirkland.
Van Kirkland fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sobis looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sobis takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Sobis tries a head kick but it misses.
A countering left hand to the body from Van Kirkland misses.
Van Kirkland buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Van Kirkland sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Sobis to the ground! Van Kirkland dives into full mount looking to finish!
It looks like Tito Sobis has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Van Kirkland is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Van Kirkland throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Van Kirkland sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Van Kirkland unloads with some shots from mount but Sobis bucks and avoids them well.
The referee warns Sobis that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Sobis wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Van Kirkland! Sobis is hurt baaadly! Van Kirkland is firing away with more strikes - Sobis is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
