Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luis Alberto Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby TupperII (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perez comes to the cage accompanied by Hollywood Undead - Hear Me Now . Bobby TupperII has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Luis Alberto Perez's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luis Alberto Perez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 26 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby TupperII!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TupperII shoots in looking for a takedown but Perez manages to keep the fight standing, pushing TupperII's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Perez throws a sloppy head kick and TupperII moves out of range easily.
TupperII tries to close the distance and clinch up but Perez swats him away and circles back towards the center.

TupperII decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

TupperII seems to be working for a kimura but Perez defends the submission attempt.
TupperII seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Perez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Perez is trying to stand up here but TupperII is controlling him well.

TupperII is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Perez is just riding it out for now. TupperII eventually gives up the hold.

Perez kicks off TupperII and gets to his feet.

Perez closes the distance and clinches.
Perez misses with a hook from the clinch.

TupperII breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
TupperII darts in looking for a takedown but Perez gets double underhooks and turns TupperII into the cage.
Perez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
TupperII shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Perez defends it nicely.
Luis Alberto Perez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby TupperII.

Perez drives through and clinches with TupperII against the cage.

Perez has TupperII pressed against the cage, preventing TupperII from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Perez is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Perez keeps the fight in the clinch, despite TupperII's efforts to push away.
TupperII tries to pull guard but Perez forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Perez lands an elbow that stopped TupperII in his tracks for a moment.
Perez prevents TupperII from breaking the clinch.

TupperII breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Perez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Perez scores with the left hand. TupperII knows he should have avoided that one.
TupperII shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Perez as he avoids it easily.
TupperII gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
TupperII is trying hard to land a takedown here. Perez sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Perez instigates a clinch.
TupperII tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Perez just stands there and leans against the cage.
Perez throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but TupperII blocks it with crossed arms.
Perez connects with a nasty looking knee right to TupperII's face.

A frustrated look appears on TupperII's face as he tries to break the clinch.

TupperII can't get the takedown.
Perez tries to throw a body punch but TupperII avoids it by throwing Perez back against the cage.
Perez lands with a short head shot on the inside.
TupperII prevents a body shot from Perez.

Perez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Perez stuffs the takedown attempt from TupperII. TupperII gets slowly back to his feet.
Perez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
TupperII tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

TupperII's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Perez smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
TupperII swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
TupperII takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
TupperII on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Perez tries to clinch up.
Perez is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
The fighters circle momentarily. Perez darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Luis Alberto Perez dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Bobby TupperII's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


TupperII tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Perez defends well and TupperII ends up having to push Perez into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A nice combination there by Perez.
Perez feints and then cracks TupperII's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow TupperII down.
TupperII shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Perez pinned against the cage. Perez gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Perez wants to clinch up but TupperII keeps it at a distance.
Perez is on the wrong end of a nice combination from TupperII.
TupperII shoots in for a takedown but Perez shows good takedown defense.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw TupperII working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
TupperII throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

TupperII is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Perez defends it well.

TupperII seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Perez is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Bobby TupperII!
