Palo has chosen The Unforgiven as his entrance music. Antero Palo has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jake Blade's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Antero Palo!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palo scores with a body shot.
Palo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Palo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Palo scores with a jab. Blade acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Blade has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Boom Boom Room in the buildup to the fight.
Palo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Blade.
An inside leg kick lands from Palo.
Blade closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Palo throws a sloppy head kick and Blade moves out of range easily.
No joy there for Palo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Palo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Palo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Palo throws a hook but Blade blocks it.
Blade throwing a counter right hand but Palo manages to avoid it.
Palo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Blade.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Palo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Palo thuds a left hand into Blade's body.

Palo lands a big head kick that sends Blade tumbling to the mat! Palo takes a step backwards and waves Blade back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Blade is rocked!
Blade misses with a straight left.
Oh Blade is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Blade throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Palo counters with a flying knee that drops Blade! Palo dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
