The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunawan lands with an uppercut that bounces Johnson off the cage and back into range.
Gunawan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gunawan lands the left hand.
Gunawan motions for Johnson to come forward. Gunawan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Johnson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Gunawan defends it well.
Gunawan throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Gunawan scores with a jab. Johnson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Johnson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Johnson avoids the body shot from Gunawan.
A lazy left from Gunawan finds it's target.
Gunawan works the jab nicely.
Gunawan clobbers Johnson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Gunawan swings for the body but Johnson moves out of range.
Gunawan cracks Johnson with an open hand slap.
Johnson darts in looking for a takedown but Gunawan gets double underhooks and turns Johnson into the cage.

A right-left combo lands from Gunawan.
Gunawan misses with a body kick.
Johnson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gunawan scores with a shot to the body.

Johnson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gunawan sprawls well initially but Johnson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Gunawan pushes Johnson off but Johnson dives into side control.

Johnson goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Gunawan rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Johnson's guard! Nice work there by Gunawan!

Gunawan stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Johnson has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Gunawan manages to get his head free but now Johnson has transitioned to an armbar! Gunawan grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Johnson! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
