Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franklyn Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Owen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Franklyn Robinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Harry Owen!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Ben Watson and Ron Honeybunn.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robinson has taken the fight to the clinch.

Robinson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Robinson manages to end up in side control.

Robinson stands up.
Owen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Robinson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Owen moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Robinson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Robinson swats away the attempt to clinch by Owen.
No joy there for Owen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Owen swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Robinson.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Robinson closes the distance and pushes Owen back into the cage.
Robinson is trying to pull guard but Owen has him pressed against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Robinson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Owen smiles and moves away.
Owen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Robinson misses with a straight left.
Robinson shoots and misses
and Owen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Franklyn Robinson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Robinson slips a jab and a cross from Owen.

Robinson clinches.
Robinson is stalling here.
Owen wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Owen has had enough of the clinch but Robinson keeps him there for the moment.
Robinson is looking for a takedown.
Owen can't break the clinch.
Owen keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Robinson's efforts to push away.

Robinson manages to break the clinch.
Owen wants to clinch.

A punch lands to the side of Robinson 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Owen lands a left and a right that send Robinson crashing to the mat, dazed. Owen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Robinson is rocked!

It looks like Franklyn Robinson has been cut.
Owen wobbles Robinson with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Owen dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Robinson to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
